Dark Arts - Happy Day, 250g bag

This coffee is grown by small-scale farmers in San Ignacio, Cajamarca, at altitudes of 1400-1700 m.a.s.l., where they cultivate Catimor, Pache, and Typica varieties. The coffee is harvested at peak ripeness, floated, and hand-sorted to ensure quality. After de-pulping, the beans ferment for 20-30 hours, are gently washed, and dried in shaded conditions for 15-20 days to achieve optimal moisture content.
