DELIVERY OPTIONS WITHIN THE UK
Orders weighing less than 2kg are sent via Royal Mail First Class by default, but we strongly recommend paying for a slightly higher rate and selecting ‘Signed For’ at checkout. We cannot track or vouch for your orders safe delivery otherwise.
Orders over 2kg are automatically sent using courier as it is cheaper than Royal Mail.
We try to keep our postage as affordable as possible and are constantly reviewing our options. Some of the items we retail are particularly large or heavy, and unfortunately the postage costs have to reflect this.
Shipping costs are calculated volumetrically, whereby weight and size are factors in the price. The postage often works out better value when you order multiple items.

International customers may be charged additional duties and import taxes before they receive their shipments. We strongly advise customers ordering outside of the UK to track their packages daily and keep an eye out for notifications from the courier regarding paying the customs fees. If a parcel is returned to us because it didn’t clear customs, the reshipment will be at the cost of the customer.
IN STORE PICK UP
We do offer a click and collect service, just select ‘Pick Up’ at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection and can be collected during our usual opening times. Please bring your order number/confirmation with you.
We pack and post all our orders ourselves in store, aiming to dispatch all orders the next day. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
We cannot guarantee specific timed delivery slots, so please bear this in mind if ordering to your office or place of work.
Estimated shipping times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at check out. Occasionally orders can be delayed in the postal system, and we ask that you be patient before contacting us regarding lost orders.
All our items are carefully and securely packed in card book mailers, boxes, flatpack or postal tubes. Some of our couriers require using recycled plastic postal bags. Where possible our packaging is all recyclable and plastic free.
ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal and gift card payments for online orders.
Please note: We are a cashless business and can only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, contactless and gift card payments in store.
PROVIDING SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please try make sure you have provided us with the correct information at checkout, including the correct delivery address, a working email and phone number. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addressing, but if you do contact us as soon as possible we will do everything we can to correct the mistake. Please be aware changes to a delivery cannot be rectified once an order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING A GIFT
We can send orders as a gift. If your order is a gift, please indicate this in the ‘Notes’ field during checkout, you can also provide a personal message here which we will include on a postcard. No invoice or receipt will be included in the package, but you will still receive a digital copy via email.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a subscription service on specific titles at this time. We rely on a network of distributors and suppliers ourselves, titles often change distribution or even cease publication, so we cannot guarantee even our own continued supply.
