Wilfredo Ule, a second-generation coffee farmer, has cultivated specialty coffee for over 20 years, growing high-potential varietals like caturra, pink bourbon, gesha, and chiroso. While he traditionally focused on washed processing, he experimented with natural processing for La Carolina. His son, Chucho, manages wet milling and drying, using a custom ventilation system Wilfredo designed. To pass on his legacy, Wilfredo gave small plots to his sons and his 10-year-old granddaughter, Carolina, who tends to 100 pink bourbon trees. Inspired by her grandfather, she balances school and farm work, saving her coffee earnings and dreaming of becoming a cupper to promote her family’s coffee worldwide.

Dark Arts Coffee is a coffee roaster started by friends in East London with twisted visions of using alchemy to combine fire, water and magic beans into a divine elixir.
