Lodestars Anthology Japan Launch and Talk -  Thursday 7th of November

5:30pm -7:30pm

Join us for an evening with Lodestars Anthology as we celebrate the release of their newest issue, Japan Revisited.

Lodestars Anthology is an independent magazine-meets-journal for curious travellers who long to be inspired, see the world and meet interesting characters along the road. Focusing on one country per issue, Lodestars is a scrapbook of place, a magazine that goes deep into the heart of a location and uncovers its quirks, flavours and splendour, taking a truly personal, beautifully crafted and slow approach to the art of travel journalism.

Liz Schaffer, the founder and creative director of Lodestars Anthology, will be in conversation with the magazine's designer, Thomas Harrison and contributing photographer Chiara Dalla Rosa.

A selection of tea, sake and Umeshu and soda will be provided by A Taste of Japan.

Please note: A limited selection of Lodestars Anthology will be available to purchase, so pre-ordering to guarantee your copy is advised. Please order from the Lodestars Collection and select in store pick-up to collect at the event.

Please note: Capacity is limited, so a ticket is required to attend this event!

About Lodestars Anthology - Japan Revisited:

Journey to Japan and discover a land of tea and tropics, wabi-sabi and wonder. A place where symbolism abounds and nothing is without purpose.

For here you’ll find an ancient and powerful landscape that has shaped history yet still dictates the rhythms of modern life. There are illuminated capitals and pockets of untouched wilderness, both marked by a deep sense of spirituality. Art flourishes, design inspires and others come first. May the light never dim on the Land of the Rising Sun.

This updated reissue contains a host of features from the original issue and a selection of new stories and artworks.
