Nestled at an altitude of 1,672 masl, the station processes Red Bourbon cherries that are hand‑picked, floated for quality, and naturally dried on raised beds. Managed by Greenco, this station invests in farmer support programs—including seedling nurseries, organic composting initiatives, and agronomy training—while ensuring traceability through rigorous sorting between stations, days, and quality grades. The result is a juicy, clean, and full-bodied cup that reflects both the community’s craftsmanship and the sustainable practices underpinning the operation.
